Fruit production of Hebei province occupies an important position in the country,whether in production or in the cultivation area, rank first in the country. TaihangMountain as the dominant scale of jujube planting areas of Hebei province, jujube industryhas a great development, the scale of planting and production continued to expand,distribution channels has been expanding, many jujube processing enterprises have set up.It should be said, Taihang Mountain jujube industry development has made someachievements, but in the process of its development, there are still many problems. Thispaper selects the Tangxian County of Taihang Mountain Area as a typical case, throughthorough investigation and study of Tangxian County jujube industry, finding out itsexisting problems and constraints, and then puts forward some countermeasures andsuggestions to solve the problem. Believe that, through this research, it has importantreference significance to the development of jujube industry throughout the TaihangMountain Area and even in Hebei province.This thesis consults a lot of domestic and foreign literature, The research methodsadopted are mainly field survey method, SWOT analysis method and case analysis method,SWOT analysis, marketing theory, human capital theory as the basis theory are mainlyused, uses SWOT analysis method analyses the development status of Tangxian Countyjujube industry, and selects the Mulan Village, Yang Jiao Xiang, Tangxian County as atypical case analysis, introduces Mulan Village jujube industry production andmanagement mode and its achievements and existing problems, finally, suggestions forfurther development of jujube industry in Tangxian County are put forward.Firstly, a brief introduction to the present situation of Tangxian County jujubeindustry, refined the characteristics of Tangxian County jujube industry leading role,including jujube cooperatives initial strengthening, expert guidance and the deepening ofjujube postpartum processing gradually realize mechanization.
