Performance management,as an important part of human resource management in modern enterprises,is a management activity that manages and improves employees' performance,ultimately achieves the consistency of employees' work results and the strategic objectives of enterprises.Service outsourcing industry is an important part of modern service industry,and game service outsourcing is a new type of outsourcing service that emerges with the development of the global game industry.This article takes A Game Service Outsourcing Company as the research object.The company was established in 2004.Its main business is to provide outsourcing services to domestic and foreign game companies.The main factor of production for undertaking outsourcing business is personnel.Based on the current situation of human resources and performance management of A Game Service Outsourcing Company,this article starts to research from three representative positions of research and development,fine arts and main business managers,to know the existed problems in personnel performance management of A Game Service Outsourcing Company,and analyses the reasons from internal,external and personal aspects,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the performance management of A Game Service Outsourcing Company.By increasing the popularity of performance management among employees,especially grass-roots employees,and paying attention to performance counseling,this article explains the quantification of performance indicators,and puts forward a performance evaluation method based on the actual situation of game service outsourcing company.For the same position and different grades,performance appraisal combines quantitative and qualitative methods,which closely links the upgrading of employees' skills with the long-term strategic development of enterprises.
