Since the promulgation and implementation of the Provisional Regulations on National Civil Servants in 1993,the society's attention to the civil service examination has rapidly increased.Therefore,the civil service examination training market came into being.In order to gain an advantage in this market and gain a larger market share,and ultimately achieve the core competitiveness of the public examination training company,various public examination training companies have launched diversified marketing strategies.However,with the increasing demand for individualized and diversified students,the traditional marketing strategy model has been stretched,and most public examination training companies have fallen into a bottleneck in the marketing model.Therefore,it is very necessary to seek the marketing model of emerging markets on the basis of traditional marketing theory and new Internet marketing theory.Firstly,based on the traditional marketing theory,the paper mainly uses SWOT to systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangxi SA Education Company at the internal and external levels.It is believed that Jiangxi SA Education Company mainly lacks effective traffic and online marketing at the internal level.Substantial means,offline marketing has problems such as leaving the central market;the external level is the entry threshold for the industry.The rapid growth of low-tech companies has led to increased external competition.However,there are advantages in institutional systems,teachers,course services,funding and bargaining power.Secondly,drawing on the experience of some successful transition education companies,combined with the problems found in the practice process,propose a plan to optimize their marketing concepts and optimize marketing models.In the end,the paper puts forward the development and research suggestions for the optimization strategy of marketing strategy of Jiangxi SA Education Company: first,fully understand the needs of students to establish personalized courses;secondly,Jiangxi SA Education Company strengthens the market in terms of staff,material,financial resources and all levels;Third,formulate the company's service system to improve the credibility of the teachers,the viscosity of the customer service and the word-of-mouth effect of the brand.
