With the development of cloud computing,big Data,the Internet of things,and the steady implementation of national strategies such as "Internet +" and "green and sustainable development",the demand for computing,storage,transmission and application of Data in various industries grows rapidly,and the Internet Data Center(IDC)industry develops rapidly.At present,due to the availability of infrastructure in the data center industry at home and abroad,there are many events that lead to data business interruption,which has a very heavy negative impact and loss on enterprises.Therefore,as the core index to evaluate the operation and management level of data center infrastructure,it is particularly important to improve the availability of data center infrastructure and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,nowadays,many scholars on how to improve data center usability research mainly focus on data center infrastructure architecture design and construction phase of the management,there is little research on the management of the operational phase,while the existing infrastructure operations management system is based on the traditional IT system developed derivatives,compared with traditional industry infrastructure management exists some disadvantages.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is both theoretical and practical.This article selects G data center as the carrier,using comprehensive evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring influence G data center infrastructure availability factor,item by item analysis,through the analysis of the fishbone diagram to determine optimal direction,using the PDCA circulation method and SWOT to G data center infrastructure maintenance management,checking management,emergency management,service management processes to supplement and optimization.Finally,in the data center infrastructure management process optimization of G,2018 G data center infrastructure availability data through the comparative analysis and the same data in 2017,in the end,to evaluate the effect of the optimized results showed that the average G data center infrastructure expiration time MTTF and mean time to repair the MTTR gained remarkable improvement.Based on the above conclusions,this study provides theoretical and practical significance for the research on the improvement of infrastructure availability in the operation and maintenance stage of data center.Affect G through to the analysis of the data center infrastructure availability factor,the current infrastructure management system based on the theory of the ITIL is optimized,the optimized data availability in 2018 compared with 2017,the results show that availability index increased significantly,for the study for high availability data center operations stage infrastructure management system research provides the theoretical and realistic basis.
