A Performance Evaluation System Of The Green Supply Chain

Developing with the economic high speed, the problem of resources missing and ecosystem environment worsen is more and more extrude. The environmental question has brought a new challenge to the supply chain management. Facing the more strictly environment protect problem, how to the supply chain and environment can develop in harmony together and how the supply chain can develop long-term and constantly, which is a question had to consider. Green supply chain will be the important way and the crucial factors for a country and an enterprise in the competition of the world market. So the essential way to achieve the continual development is to melt the Green into the whole process of the supply chain management and implement the green supply management to reduce the resource consumption and the environment pollution.The performance evaluation of the supply chain is one key and difficult problem in the course of implementing supply chain. Through performance evaluation, it can find the bottleneck of efficiency of the supply chain, thus improve the whole performance of the supply chain. The whole performance evaluation of the green supply chain, can not only merely appraise to the whole performance of the green supply chain,but also offer the beneficial suggestion for how implement the green supply chain. So green supply chain is a worth researching topic.This text with the basic of domestic and international research result on traditional and green supply chain management, analyzed the present condition of green supply chain evaluation, put forward the main problem of current the green supply chain evaluates. Gave concept and concept models of the green supply chain immediately after, emphasize the different between traditional supply chain and green supply chain, pointing out the advantage of the green supply chain. Then basing on the supply chain SCOR model and traditional supply chain performance evaluation system, it has founded a kind of green supply chain performance evaluation system. This system can be divided into six respects on the whole:the angle of operation, the angle of financial value, the angle of cost, the angle of customers, the angle of persisting development and the angle of environmental protection.Then, it have put forward comprehensive evaluation model, which based on the triangular fuzzy number, AHP, Delphi and the benchmarking. This model settles a AHP model, fixed the target's weight by using LTFN-AHP method, fixed the target's subordinate matrix, evaluated the green supply chain integration fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, this paper provides the real example that proves this feasibility of this evaluation system.
