Study On Optimization Of Asset-light Profit Model Of Suning Commerce Group

With the development of science and technology and the progress of the time,the development speed of China's traditional retail industry has been slowing down,Therefore many enterprises are challenged in terms of their profit models and they have turned to asset-light profit models one after another.By reducing the proportion of fixed assets and inventory and other heavy assets,the enterprises can concentrate their resources to develop core business,and integrate external supply chain resources,to realize enterprises' value creation.Taking Suning Commerce Group as an example,this paper analyzes its asset-light profit situation in detail and puts forward optimization suggestions,hoping to provide new ideas for other enterprises to carry out business activities.Firstly,this paper introduces the economic environment of the retail industry,and describes the existing asset-light model of Suning Commerce Group based on the operation status of the enterprise,Then the characteristics of value chain and financial characteristics and the asset-light profit model of Suning Commerce Group are analyzed.Secondly,this paper further analyzes the components of Suning Commerce Group's asset-light profit model,as well as the company's ways of profit and specific measures.Thirdly,from the perspectives of the finance,customers,internal business process as well as learning and growth of the balanced score card,the operation effect of the asset-light profit model of Suning Commerce Group is evaluated,and the existing problems are found out.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of Suning Commerce Group's asset-light profit model from four aspects: adopting flexible financial strategies,focusing on customer management,enhancing core competitiveness and improving enterprise growth ability.
