CY Company is a vocational education and training company located in J City,which has a certain influence in the area.This paper analyzes and studies the problems of incentive management in the company based on human resource management.Based on the investigation of employee satisfaction and demand,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current problems and reasons of incentive management in the company,and puts forward some suggestions on optimization based on incentive theory.It is found that the employees of CY Company attach importance to salary system,training and promotion mechanism,fair and normative evaluation system,and spiritual motivation.The fair criterion of evaluation system is the foundation of ensuring salary,training and promotion incentive,and it is also the precondition to keep employees from being dissatisfied,while spiritual motivation can make staff incentive more efficient.As to the optimization measures of incentive management in CY Company,I think we should proceed from the following ways:(1)take the job evaluation system as the core,perfect its execution and supervision process in the principle of fairness and standardization,and establish negative incentive system.To eliminate employee discontent.2 salary incentive management The purpose of optimization is to strengthen the proportion of floating wages for the purpose of enhancing competition;And on the premise of ensuring the basic income of employees,the interests of the company and the interests of employees should be linked.(3)the training system should emphasize standardization,establish basic training with grass-roots employees as the main body,and develop training for all.The promotion mechanism attaches importance to the results of job evaluation and provides all employees with multiple channels of promotion on the basis of fairness.(5)to strengthen the spiritual motivation and promote the balance of material and spiritual motivation in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the incentive effect.The structure of this paper focuses on satisfaction survey and demand investigation,using the methods of literature induction,quantitative and qualitative analysis and so on,according to the idea of problem-analysis-problem-solving.From the phenomenon to the essence to the CY company incentive management problem carries on the omni-directional analysis.In addition to solving the current incentive management problems of CY Company,the proposed optimization scheme can also be used for reference in vocational education and training industry.
