E-commerce is now fully connected to all the business boundaries we can imagine.With the emergence of economic vitality,e-commerce has been popularized rapidly in urban areas,and the development of e-commerce has been integrated into all aspects of urban life.With the increasing popularity of mobile Internet in rural areas,rural residents are also free to enjoy the same convenient online shopping as urban residents.However,due to the large rural area,large population and low distribution rate of logistics,this hinders the development of logistics distribution in rural areas.On the other hand,the logistics of agricultural products is mostly the logistics of fresh products,based on the uniqueness of the development of logistics of agricultural products.In addition,the transportation and preservation technologies and infrastructure needed for the logistics of agricultural products are higher than those of other industries,and the construction of the logistics system for agricultural products is not perfect enough,and the distribution rate of the logistics of agricultural products is still very low.These problems still slow the development of agricultural products logistics in rural areas under e-commerce,which has become an obstacle to the further development of e-commerce to rural areas.In order to promote the construction of rural e-commerce and agricultural product logistics system,and release the long-term depressed shopping demand of rural residents,it is necessary to study the problem of agricultural product logistics.Chibi City has the unique location advantage of "South Gate" of Wuhan,and it plays an important role in the production of agricultural products with good climatic conditions.The development of electronic commerce provides impetus for the logistics of agricultural products in Chibi,and explores the potential of developing logistics of agricultural products in Chibi.However,the development of agricultural products logistics in Chibi City has its own shortcomings,such as the lack of strong scientific and technological personnel,insufficient policy support,inadequate infrastructure construction,weak awareness of e-commerce among rural residents,and so on.The existence of these factors hinders the construction of agricultural and agricultural logistics system in Chibi.Over the years,the Chibi Municipal Government has spent a lot of time on increasing agricultural production and income.And input,in the construction of agricultural products market to expand the site,increase facilities and so on.However,the logistics of agricultural products has not been very high attention.Therefore,compared with the whole level of Chibi logistics,the agricultural product logistics is in the exploration and initial stage,whether it is the micro-level of production and operation,the supervision of agricultural product logistics market by the government,the construction of laws and regulations,and so on.Firstly,this paper studies the logistics of agricultural products and the logistics system of agricultural products,expounds the purpose and significance of studying the logistics system of agricultural products,and summarizes the research on the concept of logistics of agricultural products both at home and abroad.The second part explains the related concepts of agricultural products logistics system,and the third part summarizes the experience by studying the advanced experience of agricultural products logistics development at home and abroad.The fourth part explores and analyzes the current situation and construction of agricultural product logistics system in Chibi city under the background of electronic commerce.The fifth part carries on the research to the Chibi city e-commerce agricultural product logistics system construction.The sixth part puts forward the development of agricultural products logistics in Chibi Some suggestions have been made.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and development model for regional development of agricultural product logistics system.
