Study On Problems Of Agricultural Product Logistics

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy, and the healthy development of the agriculture and rural economy affects overall situation of national economy .In recent years, the development of agriculture in our country has been laggard, and it is difficult to increase the farmers' income .The reasons is various, but one of the important reasons is that the agricultural product circulation is not smooth, which is manifested in the followings: the efficiency of agricultural product circulation is low, the cost of circulation is high and the wastage is great. But the lag of the farm product logistics becomes the key factor which affects the free circulation of agricultural product. Therefore, the development of the farm product logistics is necessary.The agricultural product logistics is a great and important branch of the logistics, and it not only has common characteristic of logistics, but also has its own traits. Compared with the past, it has made some progress. However, compared with the industrial logistics, because it starts late, agricultural product logistics faces a series of problems in the developing process, such as the shortage of recognition, juvenility of the main body logistics, the weak management of the farm product supply chain, the lag of the farm product logistics infrastructure construction, the low logistics technique level, the weakness of the information-based service of the logistics, the lag of standardization system of the logistics construction and the lag of logistics operation mode. Therefore, we must take measures on the basis of situation in China to seek a road to solve agricultural product logistics in China.This thesis is directed by Marx's dialectic and materialistic creed and historic and materialistic creed, and make use of method of criterion and demonstration, method of comparison, and method of analyzing cases, on the basis of expounding the basic theories and marked characteristics of farm product logistics differing from industry product logistics, analyzes many problems existing in agricultural product logistics by the numbers, anatomies further some successful examples in the domestic agricultural product logistics realm, and learns experiences in developing agricultural product logistics from foreign advanced countries, and brings forward corresponding suggestions about how to accelerate the development of agricultural product logistics in our country. On the whole, this thesis includes six parts. Part one Introduction The part briefly introduces the research background and meanings of theagricultural product logistics, then summarizes the research on domestic and the international logistics, and finally respectively states the research method and the creative points and the problem that needs further research.Part two Basic theories of an agricultural product logisticsBecause the agricultural product logistics starts late, the development is still very immature and people still have much misty understanding, the writer systemically expounds the basic theories of the agricultural product logistics, including the connotation, characteristics, operation mode of the agricultural product logistics and agricultural product supply chain.Part three Status quo of development of the agricultural product logistics and anatomy of problems existing in itThis part summarizes the development status quo of agricultural product logistics in our country first, then gives the detailed anatomy again to the problems existing in the agricultural product logistics, which lie in the following points: the operation main body is not mature, the agricultural product supply chain is not perfect, the infrastructures and the technique levels is low and logistics of cold chain have not yet been constructed etc.Part four Analysis of successful cases of domestic agricultural product logistics— taking ShouGuang vegetable wholesale market, LaiZhou foodstuff logistics center and agricultural product limited liability company of ShenZhen as example.This part adopts analytic method of cases, carries on thorough analysis of three successful individual cases(including ShouGuang vegetable wholesale market, LaiZhou food logistics center and agricultural product incorporated company of Shenzhen) introduces their successful modus operandi and experiences in developing the agricultural product logistics, and gets some developmental conclusions.Part five Experience and lessons from foreign agricultural product logisticsThis part is to take developed countries, including United States, Japan and Holand, sums up completely the modus operandi and experiences in the development process of agricultural product logistics in these countries, and gets hold of a few inspirations from them for our country development in the agricultural product logistics.Part six The research on countermeasures about the development of agricultural product logistics in our countryThis part combines the above-mentioned domestic and international successful experience and apocalypses, surrounds closely the problemsexisting in the agricultural product logistics, and puts forward concrete suggestions for further development: Cultivate logistics operation main body; Develop actively third part logistics; Set up the agricultural product supply chain under agricultural industrialization mode in order to reduce cost of agricultural product logistics and raise logistics efficiency; Hold tightly the key, and strengthen infrastructure construction and enhance the technique level; According to agricultural product characteristic, develop positively agricultural cold chain logistics ;Combine electronic commerce with logistics to develop agricultural product logistics under the electronic commerce; The government should participate actively and offer support in the policy and macro control, construct agricultural product logistics park ,etc. Among them, the author mainly draws lessons from the more mature agriculture industrialization mode, and use the supply chain management theories for reference to construct the agricultural product supply chain, and set up the agricultural product electronic commerce logistics under the information-based condition.
