With the rapid development of the economy and the personalized needs of consumers,combined with the multi-channel sales method of products,the new business model has greatly changed the consumption habits of the Chinese people,greatly changing the consumption mode of the people and the requirements for products.Agricultural product enterprises urgently need to optimize their agricultural product logistics system in order to adapt to market changes,cater to consumer habits,and maintain competitiveness.A comprehensive and scientific agricultural product logistics system can enhance the brand image of agricultural product enterprises,expand the scope of users,and promote sustainable and high-speed development of agricultural product enterprises.This article combines theory and practice for research,focusing on how JZY Company optimizes the current agricultural product logistics system.Firstly,the concepts of agricultural product logistics and agricultural product enterprise logistics systems are elaborated,and theories such as logistics system analysis,ABC inventory classification management,lean distribution,and logistics information systems are studied.Secondly,analyze the current situation of various links in the agricultural product logistics system of JZY Company,using survey questionnaires,theoretical analysis,on-site investigations,and other forms,combined with the current situation of JZY Agricultural Product Company’s logistics system,identify the current shortcomings from four aspects: production procurement,warehousing and processing,distribution,and informatization.Then,guided by relevant theories such as logistics system analysis,ABC inventory classification management,lean distribution,and logistics informatization,combined with market research and end user satisfaction questionnaire surveys,the analysis is conducted to address the shortcomings in the current agricultural product logistics system of JZY Company,and optimize the logistics system of JZY Agricultural Products Company.According to the purpose and principles of improvement,the production and procurement processes have been standardized,the logistics and warehousing processes have been optimized,the logistics and distribution processes have been improved,and a complete logistics information system for the company has been created.Finally,in order to promote the smooth operation of relevant measures,this article proposes corresponding safeguard measures from four aspects: adjusting the company’s organizational structure,improving the agricultural product warehousing and food safety traceability system,strengthening technological innovation,and building a talent team.Strive to create a modern,sustainable,and scientific agricultural product logistics system,so that JZY Company has full competitiveness in Yangzhong City and even surrounding areas.The analysis methods and optimization results of the paper have practical guidance and reference value for improving the logistics system of agricultural product enterprises.With the continuous development of the economy and the personalization of consumption habits,agricultural product enterprises urgently need new agricultural product logistics systems to solve the current bottleneck of enterprise development.This article takes JZY Agricultural Products Company as the research object for research and verification,providing certain reference suggestions for the construction of logistics systems for agricultural products enterprises. |
