Throughout today's domestic situation,the pace of social change has accelerated,so as to the pace of economic development.Many employees are deeply trapped in the following nurseries: increasing pressure,lack of security(or "sense of stability")and frequent job burnout.As one of the important driving forces of social change and economic acceleration,the Internet industry has a strong momentum,a large number of employees,overtime culture prevailing,and staff pressure.Because of the long-term accumulation of work pressure and the lack of timely guidance and release,more employees have developed job burnout.As one of the symptoms of physical and mental exhaustion,job burnout has gradually triggered the research and exploration of scholars in related fields.When it comes to the specific dimensions of job burnout,they are usually divided into emotional exhaustion,depersonalization(also known as cynicism or depersonalization)and reduced sense of achievement(also known as "personal efficacy").Tracing back to the root cause,job burnout comes from mental exhaustion under heavy pressure.It has a profound and long-term impact on individuals,families and enterprises at the micro level,as well as on the macro level of the country and society,and needs to be resolved and reduced urgently.Therefore,in view of the growing job burnout phenomenon of Internet company employees,this paper investigates and explores its actual state and its mechanism,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the management level,which will help to promote the physical and mental health of employees,the continuous progress of the company and the steady development of the economy.For the study of job burnout,the research started later in China than abroad,and the object of study has some limitations,and less involved in the research group: Internet company employees.After reviewing the relevant views of scholars at home and abroad,this paper establishes a job stress-job burnout model,and chooses the Work Stress and Job Burnout Scale,which is currently used internationally,to develop a questionnaire.Through questionnaires and Empirical Analysis on the actual status of job burnout among employees of four Internet companies in Zhengzhou City,Henan Province,it is found that job stress and job burnout show multi-dimensional characteristics,and there is a positive correlation between the two dimensions.Therefore,job stressors can predict job burnout,and job burnout can be intervened by management strategies.Finally,the causes of job burnout of this group are analyzed at the individual,organizational and social levels.It is found that job burnout tends to occur more frequently at the social level than occasionally in a single individual.Based on this,this study puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the job burnout of Internet company employees at the management level,and helps the company's management to understand the root causes of this universal phenomenon more deeply,so as to establish and improve the corresponding regulations and measures to reduce job burnout.
