In the age of knowledge economy,the cognition and management of psychological contract between employee and enterprise,such as implicit rights,responsibilities and obligations,is increasingly important.In this paper,psychological contract management is studied through literature review and conducting an survey on staffs and Innovative team members who come from A casting company taht has been awarded a national entrepreneurship innovation research base.First of all,on the basis of prophase investigation of 1108 employees' satisfaction,we used psychological contract questionnaire to find out the perception of employees' expectation,finding that the total sample employee satisfaction was 73%and the satisfaction of the innovation team members(150 samples)was 65%,the number is lower than the other samples.Secondly,companies improved the management of innovative teams under the framework of psychological contract.One year later,we re-tested employees' satisfaction and result showed that 1378 of the participants' satisfaction was 77%,and the satisfaction of 191 participants from innovation team was 73%.It can be seen that the promotion of corporation management methods has improved the overall satisfaction of employees,and particularly has a significant impact on the satisfaction of innovative team members.In addition,the innovation team also performed well in improving research and development capabilities,breakthroughs in key technologies and advance of intelligent plant model,which helped companies expand their influence in foundry industry and market.Finally,we summarized the management system of the company's employee psychological contract,perfected the systerm of human resource planning and construction that includes"selecting,employing,educating,and retenting employee",constructed the enterprise culture of which the "521 type" talented person mechanism is regarded as the core.This study provides new practical experience for innovation team management,which has important enlightenment and reference significance in the enterprise management of innovative employees.
