With the reform and opening up and the construction of Urbanization,a large number of rural youth have entered the urban and non-agricultural industries, and the relationship between supply and demand for agricultural labor in China has entered a new phase of coexistence of total surplus and structural and regional shortages. The central government pays close attention to the issue of “how to plant land” and “how to plant a land well” at the strategic level.Based on the “solving the problems of farmer perfectly,” the central government calls for accelerating the construction of a knowledgeable, skilled and innovative agricultural operator team and vigorously cultivating new professional farmers.Break the bottleneck of talents and encourage more talents to join modern agriculture. As a group that has received advanced knowledge education and quality education,Undergraduates have a sustainable body size,a strong sense of innovation, entrepreneurship, and responsibility, and have the conditions as the main force for a new type of professional farmer. In the face of the current period of China's complete completion of a well-off society and an important period for comprehensively building a modern socialist country,it is of great significance to encourage undergraduates to join the new professional farmers for building modern agriculture and realizing the revitalization of the countryside. This paper adopts the literature research method to sort out relevant researches on the willingness and influencing factors of domestic and foreign undergraduates engaged in agriculture, and defines the relevant concepts of the new professional farmer. This is guided by Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Schultz's human capital theory and adopts a questionnaire survey method.Questionnaire survey on the willingness and influencing factors of new undergraduates for 500 undergraduates in colleges and universities.Selecting 10 individual factors such as personal characteristics of undergraduates, recognition of new professional farmers, satisfaction of individual needs, support from national policies, guidance of college education, support from family members, and bright prospects for agricultural development as independent variables and assumptions Using the binary classification Logistic regression model, using SPSS22 statistical software to conduct empirical analysis of the survey data,it is concluded that:the undergraduates have a lower willingness to enter a new professional farmer, and the selected variables have a significant impact on the willingness of undergraduates beengaged in the new professional farmers. There is a positive correlation.According to the degree of influence, they are the gender of undergraduates, the support of national policies, the awareness of the new professional farmers, the support of family members, the positive public opinions, the satisfaction of individual needs, the professional categories, the bright future of agricultural development, the guidance of college education, birthplace. Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the willingness of undergraduates to enter the new professional farmers: clarify the orientation of government functions, strengthen the improvement and implementation of policies, strengthen the infrastructure construction and the cultual services in rural areas, and increase the attractiveness of rural areas;actively expand the propaganda of new-type professional farmers and create a good social atmosphere.colleges carry out general education in agriculture and improve employment guidance services;families change their traditional concepts and correctly guide and support their children's career choice;undergraduates establish correct professional values.
