Research On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of The Use Of Auxiliary Products In The Elderly In Beijing

After entering the 21 st century,China's social and economic development has been rapid,medical and health conditions continue to improve,and the average life expectancy of the elderly is also growing.Due to the continuous deterioration of the physical function of the elderly,the risk of disability is much higher than that of other age groups.As China's aging process continues to accelerate,the number and proportion of disabled and disabled people in the elderly will further increase.The use of aged accessory products can greatly reduce the disability and maintain the dignity of the elderly.Let them return to normal social life.Part of the content of this article analyzes the demand and development status of the elderly accessory products,and finds that although the demand for the elderly accessory products in Beijing is large,the types of rehabilitation aids on the market are of low quality,the purchase channels are not smooth,and the population is old.The status quo does not match.The other part uses the fourth sampling survey of urban and rural elderly in China(short-table data)in Beijing,and describes the use of auxiliary products for 3,285 elderly people in general statistical analysis.At the same time,whether to use(a certain type of)accessory products as the dependent variable,the five basic aspects of personal basic characteristics,economic status,health status,living environment and daily behavioral habits are included in the model as independent variables,and the influence of binary Logistic regression is adopted.The elderly use the factors of the accessory products for detailed analysis.It was found that age and health status have a significant impact on the use of(various)accessory products by the elderly,while economic factors,living environment and the daily behavioral habits of the elderly show different distinctive characteristics depending on the type of accessory products used.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper will absorb the development experience of other developed countries,and propose the following suggestions to better meet the needs of multi-level and diversified auxiliary products for the elderly: improve the government policy support system;strengthen the auxiliary products.Promotion and promotion;Meet the adaptation requirements of accessories;creation of barrier-free environmental facilities;development of auxiliary equipment rental services.
