Evaluation Of Manufacturing Industry Development Level In Beijing

The development of high-end manufacturing is the core competitiveness of a city and even the country.Since Xi Jinping visited Beijing on February 26,2014 and proposed a new position of “National Political Center,Cultural Center,International Exchange Center,and Science and Technology Innovation Center”,Beijing has continuously eased labor-intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing industries,and gradually upgraded technology-intensive manufacturing industries.The level of manufacturing development has been increasing.Promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry through industrial reconciliation is a prominent feature of Beijing's economic development in recent years.From the perspective of industrial disintegration,through the time series and spatial change analysis of industrial reconciliation,adjustment and optimization,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the development level of Beijing's manufacturing industry can reflect the development policy and development direction of Beijing's manufacturing industry more realistically.The changes and effects of the situation can provide a reference for further promoting the development of Beijing's high-tech industry.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the presentation of the problem,that is,the research background and the research significance;It sorts out the domestic and foreign research related to the industrial reconciliation,the industrial reconciliation calculation and the evaluation of the development level of the manufacturing industry;The basic content,overall framework,main methods and innovations of this paper are summarized.The second chapter is the definition of concept and the theoretical basis,including the definition of the development level of manufacturing industry and industrial resolving;combing the relevant theories of industrialization stage and industrial disintegration;summarizing the mechanism of industrial reconciliation and manufacturing development level,for subsequent demonstration Analysis and other content lay the foundation.The third chapter analyzes the process of manufacturing disintegration and development.Firstly,it expounds the background of manufacturing disintegration from Beijing's social economic and manufacturing development in 2006-2017.Then it sorts out the related measures of manufacturing disintegration;Finally,using the static agglomeration index and economic center of gravity to measure the evolution of the spatial layout of manufacturing in Beijing,the comprehensive location quotient is used to calculate the evolution characteristics of the manufacturing industry structure in Beijing.The fourth chapter constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of the manufacturing industry from the perspective of industrial disintegration,and introduces the method of measuring the index system.The fifth chapter analyzes the calculation results of the development level of the manufacturing industry,and evaluates the development level of Beijing's manufacturing industry in 2006-2017 from the five dimensions and comprehensive perspectives of environmental friendliness,innovation drive,economic benefit,social contribution and high-end development.Based on this,we judge the effect of manufacturing dismantling on the development level of the manufacturing industry.The sixth chapter is to improve the development level of the manufacturing industry.It mainly includes four aspects.One is to strengthen energy conservation and environmental protection,and form a green production model.The second is to enhance the ability of independent innovation and implement the innovation-driven strategy.The third is to focus on cultivating advanced manufacturing.Construct a high-tech industrial system;Fourth,optimize the spatial layout and create a high-tech industrial park.
