The Study And Countermeasures On The Willingness To Transfer Agricultural Migrants In Shenyang

The migration process of agricultural migrants has unique "Chinese characteristics" with the vigorous promotion of new urbanization.Migration is only completed in occupation or residence.However,agricultural migrants do not enjoy the same treatment as urban residents in cities.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to speed up the urbanization of agricultural migrants.At the forum of the Party Committee's main responsible comrades,secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that it is of great significance to revitalize the old industrial bases in Northeast China both from the perspective of Northeast China and national development.Shenyang,as the provincial capital of Liaoning Province,should take the lead in the development of Northeast China.Large numbers of agricultural migrants transfer into the city to work,is the main force to promote the construction of urbanization and economic development.Therefore,it is of great significance to select Shenyang as the research area.This paper investigates the influencing factors of migration willingness of agricultural migrants in Shenyang,and fundamentally promotes the migration of agricultural migrants in Shenyang.This paper investigates the population,social economy,urbanization and migration of agricultural migrants in Shenyang research area.Combining with the influencing factors proposed and further consulting the influencing factors in the related research of agricultural migrants in other provincial capitals,this paper finally selects personal factors,work factors,social factors and psychological factors to design question of questionnaire.Questionnaires are sent out in Shenyang to conduct a sample survey.Before using the model to process and collect data,the possible hypothesis is made on the influencing factors of migration intention of agricultural migrants in Shenyang.The influencing factors are analyzed by using logistic regression model and SEM structural equation model.The methods of logistic regression model and SEM structural equation model show that the factors influencing the migration intention of agricultural migrants in Shenyang include:cultural level,age,number of family migrant workers in personal factors;average monthly income,working hours,housing sources in Shenyang in work factors;social network,social insurance ownership,children's education in social factors;self-assessment of economic situation,happiness and adaptation to urban life in psychological factors.Among them:cultural level,housing sources in Shenyang,social insurance ownership and children's education are important factors.Two models are used to cross-check the 12 factors mentioned above,which improve the reliability of the research results.Using AMOS 18.0 software to validate and analyze the fitting results of the model,the main factors affecting the migration willingness of agricultural migrants in Shenyang are obtained.And according to the cultural level,housing sources in Shenyang,social insurance ownership and children's education factors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the migration of agricultural migrants in Shenyang and to ensure that they enjoy the same treatment as urban residents after migration.
