With the progress of the Internet and technology, sharing economy develops rapidly. At present, mature business models have been developed in the fields of space sharing and transportation sharing.Bicycle sharing,as a part of transportation sharing, have experienced ups and downs, then form a perfect market system now.Car-sharing has also started to develop for recent years. The development of car-sharing industry can learn from the business model and operation plan of bicycle sharing. However, the growth of car-sharing remains difficult.Unlike bicycle sharing,car-sharing companies have high costs. In addition to the cost of purchase of vehicles, vehicle maintenance has high expenditure, parking space costs also.So it is very difficult for car-sharing companies to make profit. Moreover, for enterprises that mainly use new energy vehicles, their development is also affected by charging piles and other public facilities.Although car-sharing industry is still in its infancy, many problems have gradually emerged.Initially,car-sharing enterprises were mainly put into operation in first-tier cities, and now they are gradually expanding to second-tier cities. In March 2017,Gofun,a subsidiary of Shou Qi Group, became the first car-sharing brand in Wuhan. At first, only 200 vehicles were operated at a few business circles. After development for more than a year,Gofun has now covered ten major administrative regions of Wuhan. This paper takes car-sharing users of Gofun in Wuhan as the research object,to understand the current situation of shared-car use and analyze users' feelings from various aspects, which has practical guiding significance for the future development of the car-sharing.Taking user research as the entry point, this paper obtains data through survey and studies users' continuous use intention of shared cars.Firstly, summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, and combining customer satisfaction theory and expectation confirmation model, the theoretical model of this paper is proposed.Secondly,on this basis, design questionnaire and survey plan to obtain data. Then, summarize the user characteristics and use status of shared cars through descriptive statistical analysis. Finally, establish a structural equation model to study the factors influencing user satisfaction and willingness to continue using.Analysis shows that the current user group of shared car are mainly male young and middle-aged office workers with above middle income. The main application scenario is long distance travel within the city.In addition,it is found that enterprises do not play a good role in publicity and promotion.Through structural equation model,it is found that the overall satisfaction of users is high, but the service quality is relatively poor.Users' perception of the cost level will not affect their willingness to continue using the shared car.Based on the above analysis results, put forward suggestions for the future development of car-sharing enterprises.
