Rural tourism,as an important form of tourism,is increasingly sought after by city residents.In the context of the new normal of the economy,the committee and government of Lluoping county expects to create new economic growth points for Luoping by developing the tertiary industry(such as tourism),drive the development of both primary and secondary industries,effectively solve the employment of the poor masses and realize the economic development of the county.As a developing country,the development of rural tourism in China is at an initial stage of development.As a labor-intensive industries in the tourism industry as the primary object,the government tried to construction and development of tourism poverty alleviation is highly successful and effective way,the sustainable development of poverty alleviation,to develop rural tourism to promote local economic development,alleviate the pressure of the residents of local economy,promote the development of local industries,so that local residents out of poverty.This paper is devoted to exploring the existing problems in the construction and development of rural tourism in Luoping county,how to transform agricultural resources into rural tourism resources,realize the comprehensive development and utilization of agricultural resources,promote the expansion and transformation of agricultural industrial structure,and realize the coordinated development of agricultural economy driven by tourism economy.Promoting the sustainable development of agricultural economy and society and realizing the comprehensive infrastructure construction in rural areas;Promote the dissemination and development of local culture and realize the development of local cultural landscape and social customs.Luoping is a typical agricultural county,agriculture is the foundation and important component of Luoping county economy.Tourism is an important support to promote the development of service industry and an important means to promote economic development.The combination of tourism and agricultural industry is a new model of tourism development.The construction and development of rural tourism is conducive to widening the agricultural structure,which is to maximize the interests of the original residents on the basis of protecting their economic interests.At present,Luoping county has made great efforts to develop leisure and vacation tourism,create international rapeseed festival,and develop domestic tourism with strong tourism counties as the target,and has drawn up a series of policies and measures to promote the development of rural tourism.
