The Research Of Webcast Chaos Governance Under Polycentric Synergetic Horizons

As a new kind of network culture industry,network webcast promotes cultural exchange and dissemination;provides cultural products and services;and satisfies people's spiritual and cultural needs.At the same time,its "double-edged sword"characteristics are increasingly prominent,breeding a variety of webcast chaos.The webcast chaos disrupts the network space order,pollutes the network ecological environment,and endangers the national network security.With the continuous integration of virtual and real society,this negative impact has spread from virtual space to the real society,and has become a "tumor" that hinders the healthy development of the industry and endangers the social stability.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the management of webcast chaos.At present,the government is in a dominant position and plays a central role in the governance of webcast chaos.However,while the government has invested a great deal of energy,it has not achieved satisfactory governance results.The dense webcast chaos also shows that it is difficult to achieve the regularization effect by simply relying on the power of the government.Therefore,we need to change the governance thinking and find a new way of governance.Accordingly,in this thesis,on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the management of webcast chaos and its causes,this paper uses the knowledge of relevant disciplines such as management,communication,culturology and so on,to improve the level of governance of webcast chaos as a starting point.This thesis discusses how to realize the regularization of governance effect under the guidance of polycentric synergetic governance paradigm,and then creates a refreshing webcast space.This thesis is mainly divided into three parts:introduction,text,conclusion.The introduction mainly includes the research background and significance,the research present situation at home and abroad,the related concept and the theoretical foundation,the research content,the research method and the innovation point.The body part is made up of four modules.Firstly,the concrete manifestation of webcast chaos is briefly described,and the harm caused by webcast chaos to society,industry and individuals is analyzed.Secondly,it expounds the effect of government and industry on the governance of webcast,and points out that there are some problems in the current governance,such as lack of linkage between various governance subjects,lag of government department governance action,improper governance mode,insufficient motivation of platform self-governance,and weak sense of user participation in governance.Thirdly,from the perspective of governance subject,from three levels of government supervision,industry self-discipline and social supervision,the cause perspective of governance issues is carried out.Finally,the polycentric synergetic governance is embedded in the problem solving,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Advocate to continue to play the leading role of the government,highlight the key role of the industry,enhance the role of social promotion,and then activate the strength of the main body.The conclusion part mainly summarizes the full text,the reflection research is insufficient.
