China's securities market,founded in 1990,is an important part of China's financial market.With the development of the securities market,the securities industry in China has experienced a process of constant improvement and development.As of December 30,2018,there were 131 securities companies in China's securities industry.The frequent occurrence of black swan events in the financial market in 2018 has brought about great changes in the international and domestic economic environment,which has brought unprecedented impact on the securities market and caused a sharp decline in the performance of the securities industry.Datong Securities is a localized securities company in shanxi.In 2000,the company changed its name to Datong Securities Brokerage co.,LTD.Datong Securities has achieved great development in recent years.In 2015,the company obtained the securities underwriting business license,and the sponsor business license will be approved soon.The company has met the vast majority of business qualifications required as a comprehensive financial services platform.The development of an enterprise cannot be separated from its operating environment and policy environment,and changes in the environment will have an important impact on the operation of the enterprise.Traditional analysis methods of enterprise operation are limited to the analysis of the financial statements of the enterprise,while the environmental analysis closely related to the development of the enterprise is not mentioned.The advantage of Harvard Analytical Framework lies in that it comprehensively considers the impact of environment,policy,market and other factors closely related to the company's operation on the company's development,and can comprehensively analyze the company s operation status and scientifically predict the future development direction of the company.This paper analyzes the operation situation of Datong Securities in recent years by using the analysis idea of Harvard Analytical Framework,and then compares the operation results of Datong Securities with Shanxi Securities and Zhongxin Securities to study the operation and development situation of Datong Securities.By analyzing the operation situation of Datong Securities and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of Datong Securities,this paper puts forward several feasible suggestions for Datong securities based on the actual development situation of the securities market.The research results also provide reference for other small and medium-sized securities companies to develop in the future,and give relevant ideas and inspirations.
