Study On Poverty Alleviation Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Characteristic Agricultural Industry Innhongtang Town,Yichun City

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed: "the development of industry is the fundamental way to get rid of poverty." The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that industrial revitalization is an important way to improve farmers’ income and enhance their consumption ability.Jiangxi Province points out that to achieve "true poverty eradication" by 2020,it is also necessary to adhere to the road of "industrial poverty eradication".Hongtang Town has a good foundation of agricultural development,but agriculture has not yet moved towards the development road of fine,characteristic and brand.Poverty alleviation in characteristic agricultural industry is an important measure to combine the task of lifting poverty out of poverty with the strategy of rural revitalization,and plays a positive role in winning the battle against poverty in Hongtang Town.Therefore,we should accurately find the predicament of poverty alleviation of characteristic agriculture industry in Hongtang Town,and put forward targeted measures and suggestions to provide guidance for the practice of poverty alleviation of characteristic agriculture industry in Hongtang Town.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation in the characteristic agricultural industry of Hongtang Town around beef cattle industry,Camellia oleifera industry,fruit and vegetable industry,Chinese medicinal material industry,"Internet" ecommerce industry and rural leisure tourism industry.This paper points out the poverty alleviation measures and effects of the characteristic agricultural industry in Hongtang Town.At present,the ways to increase the income of the poor households in Hongtang Town tend to be diversified,the resource advantage is gradually transformed into the agricultural industry advantage,and the social service standardization of the characteristic agricultural industry is developed.Secondly,by using the method of horizontal comparison and vertical comparison,this paper selects Gucun Town,Ningdu County,he Town and Hongtang Town,Xiushui County,which are typical poverty alleviation industries in Jiangxi Province,for horizontal comparative analysis.The longitudinal comparison of poverty alleviation and development of characteristic agricultural industry in Hongtang town is carried out,and the common points,differences and achievements are summarized,so as to provide the basis for accurately finding out the predicament of poverty alleviation of characteristic agricultural industry in Hongtang town.Finally,the predicament and countermeasures of poverty alleviation in Hongtang town’s characteristic agricultural industry are analyzed.Through comparative analysis and practice,Hongtang Town is still faced with weak infrastructure,lack of development funds,low scientific,technological and cultural quality,short industrial chain and poor "hematopoietic" function in the poverty alleviation of characteristic agricultural industries in Hongtang Town.The brand degree is low,the industrial poverty alleviation mechanism is not perfect and so on.In order to solve these problems,we should work hard on the "four persistence",build a model of poverty alleviation and development that is dominated by enterprise organization-driven and supplemented by government-led driving and agricultural industrialization,and further strengthen financial support for development.Infrastructure Construction and Professionals Team construction,strengthening the construction of characteristic agricultural industrial parks,the development of characteristic agricultural leading enterprises and the establishment of high-quality famous brands of characteristic agricultural products,perfecting the risk prevention mechanism,participating in the docking mechanism,and the benefit connection mechanism.
