At present,the market environment of the securities industry has changed,which has brought pressure to Changsha S business department of fortune securities to change its marketing concept and improve its marketing ability.Under this background,this paper studies the marketing strategy of Changsha S business department of fortune securities to establish a more scientific and effective marketing strategy.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,on the basis of systematically studying the securities marketing theory and 7Ps marketing theory,the marketing strategy of Changsha S business department of fortune securities is deeply analyzed.It mainly used the questionnaire survey of customers and interviews with employees in the business department to understand the current marketing situation and shortcomings of the business department,and then comb out the existing problems in the marketing strategy of the business department.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement measures of the marketing strategy of Changsha S business department of fortune securities,and draws the following conclusions: The main problems of marketing strategy of Changsha S business department of fortune securities are:(1)single product structure and serious homogeneity;(2)lack of reasonable price strategy;(3)lack of high-quality marketing staff;(4)single channel promotion method;(5)single promotion means;(6)old fortune securities,the company should provide strong safeguards from the aspects of human resources,organizational structure,system and financial security.tangible display;(7)lack of professional service process strategy.It is believed that only by deeply understanding the needs of different customers and providing specialized and precise services to customers,can securities companies gain a place in the market competition.Therefore,the Changsha S business department of fortune securities must seek for shortcomings on the basis of the previous strategy,and establish 7P portfolio strategy based on service marketing to achieve differentiated and precise securities marketing services.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing improvement strategy of Changsha S business department ofThis study is based on the marketing status of Changsha S business department of fortune securities.The problems and strategies are based on the actual situation.It has practical guiding significance for Changsha S business department of fortune securities,and can also provide some reference for other companies in the same industry.
