The concept of sustainable development was put forward in the 1980 World Natural Resources Conservation Framework.In 1997,the 15 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China adopted the sustainable development strategy as a necessary strategy for China's modernization.Nowadays,sustainable development has become a globally recognized and co-operating flag.This phenomenon confirms from the side that the gradual depletion of the earth's resources has become a major issue that cannot be ignored.In response to this call for manufacturing to propose a remanufacturing concept,a mature remanufacturing system can not only save natural resources,reduce environmental degradation caused by garbage,but also effectively save manufacturing costs and improve business efficiency.So establishing a complete remanufacturing system is an urgent matter.This paper combines the theory of closed-loop supply chain,inventory control and system dynamics to establish a remanufacturing production-inventory system based on system dynamics.Corresponding to real-world problems,and sensitive tests to determine sensitive parameters:inventory coverage,total regenerative capacity,remanufacturing capacity planning,remanufacturing lead time and production lead time.Inventory coverage as a policy adjustment factor for remanufacturing systems.In this study,remanufacturing activities and production activity sharing capacity policies are adopted.Total regeneration capacity and remanufacturing capacity planning involve system capacity planning,remanufacturing lead time and production lead time.Can be classified as one.Therefore,the simulation of this paper focuses on two aspects,focusing on system capability planning and research analysis focusing on lead time.The focus on system capacity planning simulation analysis is: the impact of system total regeneration capacity and remanufacturing capacity planning on system performance under the pull and promotion policies.The simulation analysis focusing on lead time is: the impact of changes in production leadtime and remanufacturing lead time on system performance under the pull and push policy.Total cost is used as a measure of system performance.Costs are composed of remanufacturing and production activity costs,remanufacturing and production order setup costs,inventory costs,and delayed delivery costs.Through the observation and analysis of the simulation results,the strategy of optimizing the system is proposed:increasing the quantity and quality of recycling,avoiding the system bottleneck;improving the total regeneration capacity of the system;reducing the time associated with system remanufacturing activities and the production lead time.
