The Study On The System Dynamics Modeling Of Remanufacturing Process Of Remanufacturing Enterprises

In the 21 st century our country's resources and environment face severer challenges. On one hand, with the rapid development of economy, the consumption of oil, gas,coal and other resource increase sharply, China's imports of crude oil has reached to a new record of 310 million tons in 2014; our country's dependence on foreign oil has risen to 59.6%,which exceeds 50% of the internationally recognized warning line. On the other hand, waste of resources caused by extensive economic growth, lack of environmental regulations and poor supervision had caused our country environmental pollution problems much more serious. From the number of haze days of major cities in central and east China we can conclude that China's environmental problems have reached a critical stage. This article sets these as the background of the subject, makes remanufacturing as the research topic.Remanufacturing will get more and more attention because of its resources and energy saving features; it is an important part of the circular economy and sustainable development of our country, also the key of China's economic development mode shifting from extensive growth to intensive growth.In this paper, the remanufacturing process of recycled products is regarded as the research topic. On the basis of the related literature review about remanufacturing at home and abroad, in accordance with the closed-loop supply chain theory,remanufacturing theory and system dynamics theory, a system dynamics model about the remanufacturing process of remanufacturing enterprises is built. This paper mainly studies manufacturing and remanufacturing process, analyses behavior change of production rate, stock of finished goods and cumulative orders under different demand, evaluates the enterprise performance level under different demand and the proportion of remanufacturing capacity.By constructing a system dynamics model of remanufacturing process of recycling remanufacturing enterprises, this paper presents relationships and role paths between demand and the proportion of remanufacturing capacity. Then this article mainly gets the following conclusions after simulation and analysis: 1. The production capacity of new product of remanufacturing enterprise in response to market demand is more agile than remanufacturing capability of recycled product; 2. The enterprise should increase the production capacity of new product to satisfy the higher demand;3. The enterprise should increase the remanufacturing capability of recycled productin response to the lower demand. It can provide theoretical support for manufacturing and remanufacturing process of remanufacturing enterprises.
