With the rapid development of the electronics technical level and the increasing of the demand of the electronic products, quantity of formed garbage after abandoned is growing at an alarming rate. People and government take more attention to effort to tack back used products. E-waste products not only resulted in a huge waste of resources and energy, but also cause serious harm to human health and the environment.Manufacturers are taking the environmental legislative pressure from governments. Furthermore, some used goods still remain most of the value and can be recaptured value by reverse logistics. However, due to the manufacturer's limited resources, demand uncertainty of remanufactured products in the market, uncertainty in the supply of waste products, in this case, It is difficult for manufacturers to be responsible for recycling waste products alone. The rise of outsourcing in recent years, theory and practice of outsourcing provides a new idea for manufacturer's reverse logistics operation. We first discusses inevitability of remanufacturing reverse logistics implemented, impact of capacity constraints and outsourcing strategy on production decisions whether the introduction of outsourcing in hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing system. Secondly, we presents a mixed-integer nonlinear programming model, which is formulated that maximizes total reverse logistics operating benefits subject to constraints that taking into account such some factors as transparent capacity, outsourcing strategies. An example is presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach. Finally we formulates stochastic aggregate remanufacturing production planning model to maximize profits taking into account product demands' uncertainty. Moreover, it is found that when meeting optimizing aim of this model, the planning output in every period is stochastic variables having the same distributions with the product demands, which also reveals the relationship of remanufacturing production service levels and inventory levels. In the end, by a numerical computation we analyze that price rate's changes effects on aggregate remanufacturing production plan's total benefit, planning output and outsourcing quantity when taking into account outsourcing factor.
