During the operation of Changsha maglev train,it is found that vehicle operation and maintenance has an important impact on operation and management.However,for the operation and maintenance management of medium and low speed maglev vehicles,there is a lack of mature experience for reference worldwide,and its maintenance and management mode is still in the exploratory stage.At the initial stage of operation,Changsha maglev train mainly adopts the maintenance system of routine maintenance,planned maintenance and fault maintenance,but this maintenance system and repair schedule,to a certain extent,affect the full development of train capacity and increase maintenance costs.Therefore,optimizing the maintenance and management mode of maglev train in Changsha to ensure the reliable operation and high commissioning rate of maglev vehicles has become an important issue that needs to be studied urgently.By investigating and studying the current situation of maintenance and management of medium and low speed maglev vehicles in Changsha,this paper analyses the temporary maintenance and management mode of medium and low speed maglev vehicles in Changsha,and compares it with the equipment maintenance and management mode of domestic and foreign urban rail transit units and related industries horizontally,so as to find out what can be learned and used for reference.Combining with the original trial mode,the current centralized maintenance of maglev vehicles is transformed into the Lean Maintenance mode,which greatly improves the utilization ratio of trains and manpower.The operation object of maglev vehicles is transformed from the train to the individual vehicle system components.The operation window time of trains is fully utilized,and the contents of centralized maintenance are arranged in the non-operation period respectively.The centralized overhaul of vehicles can be divided into multiple lean overhauls.Combined with the theory of lean production,this study studied the maintenance and management mode of maglev vehicles in changsha,and found that there are five problems in the maintenance of maglev vehicles,including waiting time waste,time waste,action waste,excessive maintenance waste and technical waste.To solve these problems,the use of lean thinking,from the organizational structure,time street snap,repairing system,testing system and the information transformation and other aspects,the vehicle maintenance management mode is optimized,effectively improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance,vehicle maintenance,ensuring safe and reliable operation of the vehicle use rate and high in production at the same time,to maximize the benefits of implementation costs consume rationalization.
