| The present age is one dominated by knowledge economy,science and technology have been transformed into a productive force that cannot be ignored.In the process of economic growth,knowledge can be said to play a great role,whether it is the generation,dissemination,exchange and utilization of knowledge affect the economic development.The competition of learning ability will become a new way of competition among enterprises,therefore,enterprises pay more and more attention to the promotion role of new knowledge and new technology to the individual and team in the enterprise,and pursue the construction of more efficient management team.In the 1990 s,learning organization theory came into being as a new management theory.Since it was put forward,it has been widely concerned by the academic circles and the industry.Since then,the academic circles have carried out in-depth research and continuous improvement,and the industry has been exploring in practice,which makes the learning organization model,theory and practical experience more perfect.In recent years,the internal management of enterprises in our country has gradually tended to be advanced and scientific,and more attention has been paid to theconstruction of learning organizations in enterprises.At the same time,the academic circles in our country have also set off a craze of exploring learning organizations.In this paper,Y life insurance company operating sales management team as the research object,the research methods are mainly literature research,case study,investigation and so on.Combined with learning theory and human resource management theory,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of Y life insurance company’s operating sales management team.And diagnose the problems faced by Y life insurance companies in team building.Then according to the five training and learning organization system model,this paper puts forward a more effective strategy and corresponding system adjustment scheme for the construction of the learning project of the operating sales management team of Y life insurance company.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the background,significance,content and framework of this study.In addition,the ideas and methods involved in this study are briefly introduced.The second chapter introduces the related theories and concepts,as well as the research situation at home and abroad,combined with the theoretical knowledge of learning organization and human resources management.The third chapter mainly introduces Y life insurance company and its operation overview,and describes the currentsituation of its management team building.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problem of Y life insurance company to construct the learning operation management team through the actual investigation,and points out the necessity of Y life insurance company learning team construction from the internal and external environment.The fifth chapter mainly focuses on the organization construction and human resource system,and puts forward the adjustment scheme for the construction of the learning operation management team of Y life insurance company.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.This research is mainly to redesign the organization structure under the original team frame,make the management system adjust more standardized,and put forward the targeted construction plan for the learning operation management team. |
