The Development of life insurance industry,had risen it to an important part of China's social progress and economic development in last few years.As a large number of life insurance sales are flooding the whole market,the life insurance industry has been one of the most controversial industries in China.At the same time,Although most life insurance companies have established a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal,salary system and a career planning system for the life insurance sales,but without recruitment,selection system.It makes the system which have been establish become useless,and cause the excessive loss and job hopping rate of the life insurance sales,damage customer's experience.Therefore,in the life insurance industry,the professional quality life insurance sales is very scarce.In view of this fact,this topic was visited by my in-depth life insurance sales team,and the DR life insurance sales team was taken as the research object,and the team was built with a competency model.Firstly,the life insurance sales team conducts job analysis and behavioral event interviews,collects and organizes the competency features related to the life insurance sales team,and then uses the correlation analysis to extract the significant competencies of the differences,and on this basis.Design a questionnaire and build a six-dimensional model of life insurance sales team competency,namely sense of honor,specialization,dedication and organizational identity,learning and development,customer service,and integrity.Then further explore the differences in the life insurance sales team's competency in different ages,working seniority,academic qualifications,management level,etc.,by extracting exploratory factors and confirmatory factors to summarize and summarize the final conclusions after the investigation.Finally,this study analyzes DR life insurance.The application conditions and scope of the sales team competency model,and the main application of the model in the recruitment,selection,training,career planning and other aspects of DR human resources,in order to have a certain human resources in the sales team of the entire life insurance industry.
