In recent years,with the rapid development of national macro-economy,the family living standard of rural residents continues to improve,the debt problem has become a big problem troubling people's life.This paper selects the survey data of China household finance survey and research center in 2013,selects the Yangtze river delta region of China as the main research object,and studies the household debt behavior of rural residents in coastal areas with developed economy more pertinently.This article first elaborated the Yangtze river delta area geographical superiority and the economic condition,secondly,the preliminary analysis Yangtze river delta area rural resident household debt scale and the structure.Using CHFS2013 survey data from China's household finance survey and research,select certain influencing factors to make statistical description of rural residents' household debt demand and scale and put forward an analysis hypothesis.Then,the debt structure of rural residents statistical description analysis,understand its characteristics.Then,using data to choose suitable variables,using Probit model and Tobit model affecting the Yangtze river delta region of household debt demand and scale factors in the empirical analysis,the following main conclusions: in addition to the marriage family of demographic characteristics of Yangtze river delta region of rural households whether liability is positive correlation,there is no significant effect on sheet;The housing value has no significant influence on the debt of rural residents in the Yangtze river delta region,but has a very significant influence on the debt scale,which is positively correlated.Household assets have a significant negative correlation with the liabilities of rural residents in the Yangtze river delta region.The risk attitude of families has negative correlation with whether rural residents in the Yangtze river delta area have debt and debt scale.Fixed deposit and consumption expenditure have no significant effect on debt demand and scale.The corresponding Suggestions are drawn: the government can strengthen the coordination and management of Banks and other financial institutions;Adjust lending rates and improve tax policies;Increase disposable income and improve the social security system;Promote rural residents to learn financial knowledge and establish their concept of appropriate investment.
