Supply chain inventory control and transportation management are two key links in modern enterprise logistics management,and play a pivotal role in its development process.In the increasingly fierce competition in the international market,the rapid development of supply chain thinking and the wide application,modern management logistics also constantly realizes that all links in the coordination logistics system play a vital role in the development of the enterprise.At the same time,the corresponding theoretical research also applies a new way to understand and understand how to coordinate the two core links of inventory control and transportation decision-making in the system supply chain.Thus,the two core parts of the "benefit-reverse" relationship are coordinated to improve the overall performance of the supply chain system.Taking the overall performance of the supply chain system as the starting point,this paper combines the two core links of inventory control and transportation decision-making in the supply chain system to study the optimal decision-making scheme of the supply chain system.Therefore,research on the inventory and transportation cost of multi-level supply chain system has important practical significance for improving the market competitive position of enterprises and obtaining more profits.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the joint optimization of inventory and multimodal transport in multi-level supply chain system.On this basis,a literature review of the domestic and international research status of supply chain inventory,multimodal transport and inventory and transportation joint optimization,It also provides a concise overview of the relevant theories related to the logistics profession,which are mainly divided into the theory of supply chain inventory,the theory of multimodal transport and the theory of joint optimization of supply chain inventory and multimodal transport.Secondly,based on the analysis of the multi-level supply chain inventory cost and the cost of multimodal transport mode,a joint optimization model of multi-level supply chain inventory and multimodal transport is established.Then,based on the optimized model,the solution flow and algorithm are proposed.Based on the comparison and analysis of several commonly used heuristic algorithms,this paper improves the coding based on the basic genetic algorithm and uses the local search ability of the hill climbing algorithm.Improve the convergence speed of the genetic algorithm,and apply it to the model of supply chaininventory and multi-modal joint optimization,so as to obtain the best order quantity and minimum total cost of goods;Finally,the multi-level supply chain system of H province is taken as an example to analyze the multi-level supply chain inventory and multi-modal joint optimization model.The application results show that the multi-level supply chain inventory and multi-modal joint optimization model can effectively reduce the supply chain.The overall cost of the system,to obtain the optimal decision-making plan.
