| The scientific argument that "science and technology are the primary productive forces" has long been proved by major economies.China's technological innovation work started late,and the industrial structure is continuously optimized.However,both are currently at a critical stage.The impact of research technology innovation on regional industrial development is particularly important in the early 21 st century,which better guides China's technological innovation work.And regional industry development.This paper studies the impact of technological innovation on regional industrial development through a combination of theoretical research and empirical research.Two representative regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Circle were selected for research.Through the statistical analysis of the status quo of technological innovation and industrial development in the two regions in 1998-2017,the Yangtze River Economic Belt and In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle,the impact of technological innovation on the development of the three major industries,further,using the econometric software EVIEWS to establish an OLS regression model of the impact of two regional technological innovations on industrial development,and obtained technological innovation to the industry.The theoretical impact model of development.Statistical data analysis shows that both the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Circle attach great importance to technological innovation work.Over the past two decades,technological innovation investment and output have increased year by year.Driven by technological innovation,both the secondary and tertiary industries in the two regions have experienced rapid growth,especially in the tertiary industry,whose output value is far ahead of other industries.It can be seen that technological innovation has a positive effect on the secondary industry and the tertiary industry,especially for the development of the tertiary industry.In order to more intuitively reflect the impact of technological innovation on industrial development,the three indicators of industrial structure advanced,secondary industry productivity and tertiary industry productivity are used to measure industrial development,and the level of science and technology,investment scale,government expenditure level,and foreign capital utilization level are selected.Seven variables of transportation level,education level and population growth level.In order to directly respond to the relationship between variables,take the natural logarithm of the secondary industry productivity,tertiary industry productivity,technology level,investment scale and transportation level,establish OLS.Regression model and analysis of the results.The analysis shows that the improvement of the level of science and technology can significantly accelerate the industrial upgrading of the two regions.For the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the level of foreign capital utilization has also significantly promoted industrial upgrading.For the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle,factors that have a significant role in promoting industrial upgrading include government spending levels,foreign capital utilization levels,and education levels.The research work in this paper reveals the importance of technological innovation to the development of regional industries,studies the mechanism of impact,and gives empirical evidence.All regions should earnestly do a good job in technological innovation,guide regional industries to gather in the tertiary industry,do a good job in industrial upgrading,apply technological innovation results more efficiently to industrial development,and truly achieve technological innovation to promote industrial development and upgrading,and industrial development.The upgrade promotes technological innovation,ultimately achieving technological innovation and healthy and sustainable development between industries. |
