Research On Chinese Overseas Agricultural Investment Model Based On The Principle Of Responsible Investment

In recent years,the development trend of overseas agricultural investment has become increasingly rapid.With the increasing investment activities,the host country has faced a series of problems such as resource exhaustion,food security,and ecological environment deterioration,which have caused serious obstacles to China's overseas agricultural investment.In China,a country with more people and less land,the domestic production of agricultural products can no longer meet the needs of the people,and overseas investment must be made to relieve the pressure.In the context of global economic integration,Chinese enterprises have become more and more involved in overseas agricultural investment,which has attracted extensive attention from the international community.However,with the gradual expansion of China's overseas agricultural investment scale,the related problems are also increasingly significant.Therefore,when making overseas investment,China must adopt appropriate investment mode to achieve sustainable development of investment,and the proposal of the principle of responsible investment provides correct guidance for China's overseas investment.Based on the above background,this paper carry out research from five aspects.First,the paper introduces the current situation of overseas agricultural investment mode under the principle of responsible investment,including the current situation and problems of China's overseas agricultural investment mode and the advantages and disadvantages of the main overseas agricultural investment mode and the problems caused by the violation of the principle of responsible investment,and concludes the necessity of adopting the responsible investment mode.Secondly,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of China's overseas agricultural investment as well as the opportunities and challenges encountered,that is,the factors affecting the choice of overseas agricultural investment mode.Thirdly,on the basis of the principle of responsible investment,six evaluation indicators,namely the six requirements of the principle of responsible investment on the investment model,were selected to score the experts by questionnaire survey,and then the research investment model was ranked by the grey situation decision method.Fourthly,a matrix model of pattern selection is constructed by combining influencing factors with pattern selection ranking,and the model is analyzed and demonstrated by combining enterprise cases.Fifth,in order to realize responsible investment in China's overseas agriculture,relevant Suggestions are put forward from the enterprise level and the government level respectively.In this paper,we study shows that the principles for responsible investment for our country to carry out overseas investment in agriculture has important practical significance,adhere to the principle of responsible investment in overseas investment in agriculture is beneficial to realize the sustainable development of investment,at the same time,the research of this paper to our country enterprise to some extent when choosing overseas agricultural investment model provides reference.
