Analysis Of Cooperation Between Local State-owned Grain Storage Enterprises And Private Grain Enterprises From The Perspective Of Game Theory

Under the new situation of national grain acquisition and storage system reform,grain acquisition and storage has become a hot spot of current research.The development of state-owned grain acquisition and storage enterprises also faces opportunities and challenges of reform.Meanwhile,many small and medium-sized private enterprises in the grain industry are exploring their own healthy development path.In the context of deepening marketization reform of national grain circulation system,it is of profound significance to explore the possibility and necessity of cooperation between two different types of enterprises,as well as the ways and mechanisms of bilateral cooperation.The past research,mainly concentrated on the two sides cooperation relationship in the market research,and the grain purchase state-owned enterprises and the development of private food enterprises predicament and cooperation conditions,this paper chose under the perspective of game theory,aiming at the particularity of grain companies,for grain purchase state-owned enterprises and private food enterprises cooperation is analyzed.Based on the sustainable development of local state-owned grain purchasing and storage enterprises,this paper defines the relevant concepts in view of the cooperative game between local state-owned grain purchasing and storage enterprises and private grain enterprises.Firstly,the particularity of policy function and market function of state-owned grain exporting enterprises is distinguished,and the possibility and necessity of cooperation between state-owned grain purchasing and storage enterprises and private grain enterprises are analyzed with different game models from different aspects of their development.Secondly,in view of the particularity of state-owned grain acquisition and storage enterprises,this paper studies the possible cooperation difficulties between state-owned grain acquisition and storage enterprises and private grain enterprises,including the rupture of cooperation,the tragedy of the Commons and the inherent contradictions of the two different types.Furthermore,a long-term cooperation mechanism of "revenue mechanism + distribution mechanism + evaluation mechanism + risk mechanism" is proposed to analyze the long-term cooperation between local state-owned grain acquisition and storage enterprises and private grain enterprises.Finally,according to the analysis of the possible problems in the process of cooperation between the two sides,the paper puts forward some Suggestions,including innovation of system and mechanism,development of information technology,and provision of information platform for cooperation.
