Research On Industrial Development Strategy Of Huai'an Industrial Park In Jiangsu Province

Since the reform and opening up,varnous types of development parks have been built across the country in the form of government promotion to achieve the maim purpose of attracting foreign investment.At the beginning of establishment,there were no clear industrnal types.Since the establishment of Huai'an industrial park in Jiangsu province,there have been many problems in industrial development.Taking Huai 'an industrial park as an example,this paper analyzes the development environment of the park by using PEST analysis and other tools.Based on the path of analyzing the status quo,identifying problems,studying the environment,identifying strategies and putting forward strategies,this paper proposes the industrial development strategy combination of Huai'an industrial park from the perspective of industrnal restructuring and industrial classification.The conclusion of this article is:through the process of Huai'an industrial park,economic development and the analysis of the status quo,can more intuitive to find small park park of backwardness in the problems existing in the construction and development process,thus to provide actual construction and management of industrnal park of Jiangsu province and Huai 'an actionable advice,promote the late-development Huai'an industrial park zone to upgrade.
