Currently,China's infrastructure construction and related systems are increasingly standardized and improved,the ensuing degree of competition among enterprises is also becoming increasingly fierce,resulting in an increase in the international market share of road construction enterprises,the uncertainties and shortcomings faced by the quality management of construction enterprises are gradually revealed.At the same time,the rules and regulations of the relevant government departments have gradually improved and matured,and relevant quality management requirements have become increasingly strict What follows is the more stringent product demand of the owners on construction standardization and management standardization,which has led to the increasing exposure of many highway construction enterprises under the traditional management and management,and the contradiction of quality management is increasing,has produced a lot of drawbacks.How to correctly identify and evaluate the problems arising from business operations,and conduct effective diagnosis in a timely manner,the establishment of a complete system of quality management system is very important.Strengthen the prevention,control and transfer of quality management issues,minimize and avoid losses,expand the competitive advantage of enterprises in an all-round way,ensure the reasonable economic benefits of enterprises,take into account the social benefits of enterprise development,and ensure the development environment of enterprises.The excellent management and management is a problem that the current highway construction enterprises have to solve,and it is also an important subject for in-depth study by scholars.Based on the real case of quality management of construction enterprises in G Highway Group,this paper conducts customer satisfaction survey,statistics,cause analysis and optimization treatment for quality management problems of construction enterprises,and rationally applies domestic and foreign research results to ISO9001 and quality management principles.Guided by the quality management system,system and method as the guarantee,based on the product characteristics of the enterprise,the PDCA cycle was used to analyze and study the problems existing in the quality management system of G Highway Group.The importance of the introduction,operation and update process of the quality management system was explained.The specific optimization plan for the quality management of G Highway Group was put forward,and the quality management optimization plan applicable to G Highway Group was obtained.The research results have certain reference significance for the quality management of highway construction enterprises,which helps to increase the management competitiveness of construction enterprises.
