In the new era of rapid economic integration,entrepreneurial activities are ubiquitous,and countries and regions around the world are paying more and more attention to the development of entrepreneurial activities.Many regions are studying and formulating policies that can effectively promote the progress of entrepreneurial activities.This paper draws on the theory of location,innovation and entrepreneurship,and the theory of industrial clusters.Firstly,it summarizes the current situation of the development of entrepreneurial activities.Secondly,it discusses the spatial agglomeration characteristics,influencing factors and the effects on economic growth of entrepreneurial activities.Finally,it proposes the policy that are conducive to the development of entrepreneurial activities in the Yangtze River Delta region.Firstly,through data analysis,the spatial distribution characteristics of the entrepreneurial activity index CPEA of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are examined,the spatial distribution of entrepreneurial activity in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui provinces shows obvious polarization.Shanghai's entrepreneurial activity is relatively high,followed by Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province,while Anhui Province's entrepreneurial activity is low.Secondly,using the measurement software to conduct global principal component analysis to study the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial activity of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,and the effect of entrepreneurial activity on economic growth,the results show that the economic environment and talent technology environment have positive impact on entrepreneurial activity through the significant test.Entrepreneurial activity has indeed played a positive role in promoting economic growth.Thirdly,it analyzes the influencing factors and spatial distribution characteristicsof the mass creation space.The results show that the general budgetary revenue of local finance has a significant role in promoting urban entrepreneurial activities.The region's high-quality scientific research human capital and a good scientific and technological environment can promote the development of entrepreneurial activities by reducing the cost of science and technology and enhancing the efficiency of the transformation of results.Internet penetration is also positively affecting the development of entrepreneurial activities.The empirical research shows that the entrepreneurial activities of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration have developed rapidly in recent years,and its spatial distribution pattern has been characterized by agglomeration and distribution.The three cores of Shanghai,Hangzhou and Nanjing are gradually formed,with the three metropolitan areas of Suxi,Hefei and Ningbo as the gathering center.Policy recommendations for promoting the entrepreneurial activities in the Yangtze River Delta include: strengthening the government support system,vigorously developing the space for innovation,introducing and cultivating entrepreneurial talents,strengthening exchanges between regional entrepreneurial activities,and creating a regional entrepreneurial innovation environment.
