China's economy has entered a new era of rapid development,and the marketing environment is undergoing rapid changes.The prevalence of new online media has not only brought about changes in marketing philosophy and methods,but also opened a window for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.How the local enterprises Seize the opportunities of development in the new situation and present our products to the public with new marketing perspectives and marketing methods is one of the problems we urgently need to solve.The case of this research is Inner Mongolia Plateau Almond Dew Company,a local enterprise that produces and sells vegetable protein beverage almond dew in Ordos.The market performance of Inner Mongolia Plateau Almond Dew Company is not satisfying due to the limitations of the production site,the extensive marketing methods and the brand influence of the industry leader Lulu Almond in the northern part of China.It has been difficult for the Company to break through the sales barriers.So,this dissertation has carried out practical research so as to shed some light to breaking through the bottlenecks of local SMEs marketing and continuously improving the company's efficiency.The dissertation is divided into six chapters.The literature research method,case study method,market research method and interview method were used in the research process.Through detailed analysis of the problems existing in the marketing of Alpine Algae in Ordos,the marketing environment analysis was carried out from both macro and micro aspects.Then the theory and method of market segmentation and product positioning were applied to analyze the selection and positioning of the plateau almond dew market.From the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion and network marketing,the marketing strategy and safeguard measures of the plateau almond dew in the Ordos market under the new economic development situation are proposed.Studying the market development and marketing methods of Inner Mongolia Plateau Almonds Co.,Ltd.can not only provide strategic support for the company to improve efficiency,but also provide reference for local beverage companies to develop marketing strategies in the ever-changing market to break through geographical restrictions and development bottlenecks.Provide practical guidance and reference for the marketing strategy of the vegetable protein beverage industry that is gradually emerging in China.
