With the rapid development of China's economy,the national economic policy is inclined to consumption and domestic demand,vigorously developing tourism,developing urban and rural areas and other policies,which provides an important opportunity for commercial real estate to enter the boom in development.Enterprises can take advantage of the current development of the new situation to grasp the opportunity to improve their own,and flexible use of their existing advantages,innovative development,change the traditional development model,which is particularly important for enterprises.The development of business model from department stores to shopping center,the sudden rise of online sales,B shopping center not only needs external imperial enemy,but also needs to solve the internal problems of business layout,product homogeneity,staff execution and lack of innovation,which have become shackles to enterprise growth.Therefore,while using the professional diagnosis expert resources,play to the collective wisdom,clear thinking,determine strategy,identify and develop key talent,stick to the enterprise culture,to solve practical problems,will be a shopping center in the future not only keep B signboard yizheng first piece of business corporation,to establish new standards within the group,enterprise sustainable development path.To solve the above problems and realize the grand goal,this article combed the domestic and foreign about the shopping center development process and trend of business model,using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,five management tools,such as the B shopping center of the external environment,internal management analysis of the data on the industry,it is concluded that enterprises face the serious homogeneity competition,marketing innovation,enough smart devices and relatively backward technology,lack of key talent and management problems such as insufficient degree of refinement,probing into the cause of the problem formation mainly comes from the project location and the distribution of the formats,brand promotion and the contradiction between consumer spending habits,And B shopping center has not kept up with the development of Internet technology.Based on the above analysis of the internal and external environment of B shopping center,it points out the necessity of adjusting the current development strategy,specific implementation plan and implementation guarantee of B shopping center.Finally,the conclusion and prospect are presented.Through the analysis of the problems of the enterprise and the implementation and guarantee of the strategy on a regular basis,it will certainly provide a reference for the adjustment of the business sector strategy of the whole B group,and also point out the direction for B shopping center to maintain its fighting power according to the changes of environment and business model.
