The evaluation of land comprehensive carrying capacity is an important basis for the state to promulgate land control policies and formulate land planning.In order to solve the problem of subjectivity and randomness of traditional comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation model of land comprehensive carrying capacity based on cloud model is established by introducing cloud model into the evaluation of comprehensive carrying capacity of land in wutongqiao district,which provides a new idea and method for the evaluation of comprehensive carrying capacity of land.This article starts from the concept and theory of land comprehensive carrying capacity,combined with the survey and the current situation of land resources utilization of Wutongqiao district,and selects 21 evaluation indicators to establish the evaluation index system of land comprehensive carrying capacity in Wutongqiao district from four aspects of water and soil resources carrying capacity,ecological environment carrying capacity,social carrying capacity and economic carrying capacity.Secondly,according to the standard interval of evaluation grade and the calculation rules of relevant literatures,three numerical features of cloud model corresponding to each evaluation level are calculated: expectation,entropy and hyper entropy(Ex,En and He),and the evaluation model of land comprehensive carrying capacity of Wutongqiao district based on cloud model is constructed.Then,the forward cloud generator is used to calculate the membership degree of each evaluation index belonging to each evaluation grade in Wutongqiao district from 2011 to 2015,and entropy weight method is used to determine the weight.Finally,the comprehensive fuzzy membership matrix is determined by weighting,and the land comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation results of Wutongqiao district from 2011 to 2015 are obtained.The results are compared with those of the projection pursuit evaluation model.The evaluation results show that:(1)The results of cloud model and projection pursuit evaluation model are basically the same,combined with field investigation and expert opinions,the credibility and applicability of the land comprehensive carryin capacity evaluation model based on cloud model are verified.(2)According to the principle of maximum membership degree,the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in Wutongqiao District in 2011 belongs to Grade II,that is,low carrying capacity,the comprehensive carrying capacity of land belongs to Grade III from 2012 to 2015,that is,intermediate carrying capacity.It shows that the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in Wutongqiao district is relatively stable and maintained at the intermediate level in recent years.The comprehensive carrying capacity of land is close to meeting the needs of sustainable development of society,but it still has some potential for utilization.(3)The low urban registered unemployment rate at the end of the year,the good forest coverage rate,and the increasing utilization rate of industrial solid waste year by year in Wutongqiao district are all conducive to the improvement of land comprehensive carrying capacity.However,the rapid urbanization,the low per capita area of arable land and the decreasing of the green coverage rate of built-up areas year by year also bring a certain pressure to the comprehensive carrying capacity of land.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation results,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the land comprehensive carrying capacity of Wutongqiao district are put forward,so as to better serve the management of land resources and economic and social development.In this paper,the cloud model is introduced into the evaluation of land comprehensive carrying capacity,and the evaluation of land comprehensive carrying capacity in Wutongqiao district based on cloud model is carried out.It not only provides a new idea and method for the evaluation of land comprehensive carrying capacity but also provides a scientific basis and theoretical support for the improvement of land comprehensive carrying capacity in Wutongqiao district. |
