With the rapid development of takeout industry,the delivery pressure of takeout platform is increasing.Therefore,the crowdsourcing delivery mode came into being.However,there are some problems in the application of crowdsourcing delivery mode,such as low delivery efficiency and serious overtime.At present,the crowdsourcing delivery platform has two modes:preemptive mode and dispatch mode.Because a large number of orders are in the crowdsourcing delivery platform under the dispatch mode,this paper takes the crowdsourcing delivery problem under the dispatch mode as the research object.These problems are mainly affected by order allocation and route optimization of crowdsourcing delivery platform under the dispatch mode.Therefore,how to properly allocate orders and plan delivery routes is the key to solve the problems of low delivery efficiency and serious timeout in crowdsourcing delivery platform In addition,crowdsourcing takeout delivery platform not only considers overtime and delivery efficiency,but also considers personnel costs,and there is a clear inverse relationship between personnel costs and overtime.Therefore,how to reasonably allocate orders and plan delivery routes to reduce the personnel cost,timeout and inprove delivery efficiency is a research problem of crowdsourcing delivery platforms.The crowdsourcing takeout delivery problem in the dispatch mode is a combination optimization problem of order allocation and pickup and delivery route planning.The previous studies have focused on that the delivery routes are optimized simply or pickup route and delivery route are optimized separately.And there are few studies to optimize the pickup route and delivery route jointly.There are similarities between the takeout delivery problem and the pickup and delivery problem.So taking into account the thought of paired restraint in the pickup and delivery problem,this paper considers the positions of the crowdsourcing takeout workers and the whole process of pickup and delivery to optimize the order allocation problem and route optimization problem of crowdsourcing takeout simultaneously,and explores the optimization scheme of crowdsourcing takeout delivery.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of crowdsourcing delivery under the dispatch mode and the key points to be solved in the crowdsourcing takeout delivery:order allocation and route planning combination optimization considering time-out,personnel operating costs and delivery efficiency.Then from the perspective of crowdsourcing delivery platform,this paper constructs a static and dynamic crowdsourcing takeout pickup and delivery model with the optimization objectives of time-out,personnel operating costs and delivery route length in crowdsourcing delivery process under certain assumptions,which takes into account the locations of the crowdsourcing takeout workers,the pickup and delivery route of the takeout orders and the dynamic situation contains the generation of the new takeout orders,the change of locations and the ability to delivery new orders of crowdsourcing takeout workers.And this paper transforms the multple objective into a single cost function to solve the model easily,In summary,considering the locations of the crowdsourcing takeout workers,the total route of pickup and delivery and so on,the static and dynamic crowdsourcing takeout delivery models are constructed with the time-out,personnel operating costs and delivery route length as optimization objectives to realize the combination optimization of order allocation and route planning,and the joint optimization of the pickup and delivery route is also realized.Finally,matlab software is used to solve the delivery plan and the delivery route length,timeout time and other results,and to oxplore the impact of the pickup and delivery time limit,the one-time maximum order quantity and the other parameters on the delivery results.
