In recent years,Internet enterprises at home and abroad have joined the ranks of hardware products manufacturing.Relying on the advantages of the Internet,these enterprises can better manufacture products.However,there are many problems in the transportation process of finished products,such as high transportation cost and low transportation efficiency.S company is an Internet enterprise,and started to manufacture hardware products in 2014.S company's products are divided into three categories: smart watch,recording pen and real-time translator,with a total of 22 models.After research,it is found that s company did not combine pick-up and delivery when planning the transportation process of its finished products,and manual planning was unreasonable,which led to the problems of long transportation process and low utilization of vehicle space in the transportation process of S company's finished products.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of S company's finished products transportation.This paper first introduces the general situation of S company and the logistics of its finished products.Then,taking the transportation data of S company in July 2019 as an example,it analyzes the demand for taking goods and delivering goods.It is found that the demand for taking goods and delivering goods of S company is basically mismatched in the type and quantity of products.Then it analyzes the transportation status of S company,mainly including the operation process of finished product transportation,the steps and methods of path planning.Through the analysis of the existing transportation plan of S company in July,it is found that there are problems of long transportation mileage and low utilization of vehicle space in the transportation of finished products of S company.The reason is that the dispatcher of S company did not combine pick-up with delivery when planning the route and no mathematical model is adopted,which is caused by unreasonable manual planning.Secondly,the transportation path planning model based on the integration of pick-up and delivery is constructed and solved.In view of the problems existing in the transportation of S company's finished products,this paper puts forward the transportation mode of taking and delivering goods,which combines the taking and delivering process of S company.According to the improved transportation mode,a vehicle route planning model is established,which aims to minimize the driving cost and the fixed departure cost,and changes the single product of the original model into multiple products,and considers the operation time of the vehicle at the service point,and improves the flow direction of goods at the supply point and the demand point.Then,the transportation data of S company in July 2019 is substituted into the integrated vehicle route planning model,and the differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally,the new path optimization results are analyzed.Through the solution of the algorithm,the driving route,transportation mileage and the number of loading and unloading products of each vehicle at each service point in July are obtained.Then,the effect is analyzed from two aspects of transportation mileage and space utilization.The results show that the transportation mileage of S company is reduced by 14.78% and the space utilization rate of vehicles is increased by 15.11% by building the transportation path planning model of taking and delivering goods.At the same time,the number of vehicles used is reduced and the transportation cost of finished products of S company is reduced as a whole.This shows that the transportation path planning model of the integration of pick-up and delivery built in this paper can better solve the problems of long transportation mileage and low utilization of vehicle space in S company.There are 12 figures,23 tables and 66 references in this paper.
