Research And Application Of Mutton Product Traceability Technology Based On Hadoop Platform

In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents at home and abroad,especially the quality and safety accidents of meat products are more prominent,so that the government and people pay more and more attention to food quality.At present,the production process of mutton products in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region lacks the effective transmission of information,and the data of each link is exploding,so that the traditional database can't store the large amount of data,resulting in the data fault of each production process,and the product traceability code does not use the international uniform standard code,can't be used on a global scale,effectively for the products to be certified,seriously restricting the international level of the mutton market.The main research content and work of this thesis focus on the following aspects:(1)Collect,summarize and organize the data of the key links in the mutton business process,and use the HBase database of the Hadoop platform to store the massive data distributed,realize the unified management of the data,and improve the speed of data retrieval,to bring a good experience to the user,increases the utilization rate of the system.(2)The use of GS1 encoding to build a unified global logo based on the mutton traceability code,to overcome the traceability of information identification is not uniform,incompatible,the realization of standardized product identification and data information sharing.At the same time,the combination of QR code technology and traceability code to meet the needs of different end users,mobile phone users and computer users through the access traceability system can view the whole process of mutton products information.The results show that this system can not only help consumers to query retrospective information,scientific and legal production of enterprises and the effective supervision and management of government supervision departments,but also provide important reference significance for further research on the institutions and personnel of food safety traceability.
