Research And Design Of Traceability Terminal Based On Two - Dimensional Bar Code Food Safety

Food security is a major issue concerning people’s livelihood, people pay more and more attention on it Food safety traceability system is in the primary stage in China, the corresponding laws and regulations are not perfect, it is difficult to supervise and record the food about production, processing, transportation and the sales information.Only combine with modern information technology, we can in-depth study of food safety traceability system, When the food safety incidents occurred, we can find the problem of source of food security, constrain improper behavior. It can provide food chain information transparent to the consumer. We can guarantee the management of food safety.Combining with the food safety management of Yunnan province present situation, we research and design of food safety traceability terminal. Analyzing the demand of terminal,knowing the function of terminal, planning the composition of terminal, putting forward the technological scheme of the terminal. Using 2D barcode recognition technology, LED display technology, embedded ARM technology,we design and implemente of the food safety traceability terminal, the terminal has information acquisition, processing and display function, providing the transparent food safety information to the people.The research works are as follows:1、Combining with the Yunnan province food safety management present situation, we analyse the existing problems of food safety traceability terminal, put forward the food safety traceability terminal demand.2、Researching and designing the food safety traceability based on the Two dimensional barcode, according to the terminal demand, Analyzing the demand of terminal,knowing the function of terminal, planning the composition of terminal, putting forward the technological scheme of the terminal.3、Researching on main technology of food safety traceability by the terminal, terminal uses LED screen display technology, two-dimensional bar code recognition technology, embedded ARM technology, the design and implementation of the LED display module, two-dimensional bar code scanning module, a terminal control module. We perfect apply of the technology in terminal, realize the information acquisition, processing and display function.4、Setting up food safety traceability terminal development environment, according to the peripheral hardware driver of Linux operating system transplantation, completed the development of terminal bottom software, realizing the terminal system programmers on the development board, and test the correlation function.5、Realizing and designing, the food safety traceability terminal software, improve the serial driver, carrying on the design to the terminal control software, programming the control code, after compiling,we burn the cord to TQ2440 and test terminal related functions.
