Under the background that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new phase,Internet,the new trend,is changing every aspect of China,including economy,culture as well as the society.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of big data,internet of Things and cloud computing,has a huge and profound effect on the reform and development of our financial industry.On the one hand,the financial industry in China continues to renovate and develop with the change of financial environment.Traditional financial system including commercial banks,insurance,security etc.,is getting more and more enriched and mature.Nowadays,it has already developed into a financial system with Chinese characteristics;on the other hand,under the background of Internet finance,new types of financial derivatives comes into being one after another,such as P2 P online loan,Alipay,Yu'E Bao,Jingdong Baitiao.These innovative internet financial products are changing the concept and lifestyle of people in financing,loans,payment,and financial planning.However,these developments also pose great challenges and opportunities to traditional financial industry,especially traditional commercial banks.In order to seize the historical opportunity and face up to the challenges,traditional commercial banks have to make new strategic planning under the new trend,among which human resources planning is one of the most important and inevitable one.The development of Internet finance brings huge impact on the profit model and financial innovation of traditional commercial banks.It has prompted commercial banks to take many positive reforms,and a large number of electronic banking products arises along the way such as mobile phone banking,online banking,telephone banking,ATM,etc..When these channels of electronic products become more and more engaged into people's lives,more and more areas will use electronic equipment.But current management ideology of commercial banks is out-of-date,training system in incomplete,which lead to the low quality of personnel in commercial banks which cannot meet the requirements for development.Therefore,this paper researches on the establishment of training systems for employees in commercial banks under the background of Internet finance and explores the fact that high-quality staff in commercial banks,thus contributing to the sustainable and healthy development of the financial industry in China.This paper studies the optimization of training systems in commercial banks in the background of internet finance through literature research,case studies and questionnaires.The paper can be divided into six parts.The first part in the preface;the second part is the analysis for the status quo and characteristics of the development of internet finance in China;the third part discusses the impact of internet finance on the management of staff in commercial banks,and concludes that the shortcoming is the lack of trainings and lack of comprehensive talents;the fourth part takes the example of S branch of S Bank and analyzes the development of internet finance in S and in the meantime discusses the impact of internet finance on training systems in questionnaires;the fifth part analyzes in detail the affecting factors towards the training system in S Branch.The seventh part puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the training systems of commercial banks under the background of Internet finance,including training and recruitment of comprehensive talents,increase the rationality of training needs,enhance corporate culture training etc.;The sixth part is the summary of the thesis.Internet finance brings the changes of profitability and operation,which will undoubtedly have higher requirements to the bank staff.Therefore commercial banks have to continue adjusting the training systems to fit into the development of commercial banks.The author hopes this research into training systems in commercial banks under the background of internet finance can make some contributions to optimization of training systems for commercial banks in China.
