Study On The Role Of Poor Households From The Perspective Of Sustainability Poverty Alleviation

In recent years,the speed of poverty reduction in China has slowed down gradually,and the quality and sustainability of poverty alleviation work have become particularly important.Through case study of sustainable poverty alleviation process in Y county and its towns,this paper uses in-depth interviews and field research methods to analyze the impact of the main role of poor households on the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,and proves that the main role of poor households in the process of poverty alleviation can enable them to achieve the common development of income and capacity.In order to encourage poor households to actively participate in poverty alleviation,the government has adopted measures such as spiritual poverty alleviation,diversification of ways of participating in industrial poverty alleviation projects,building learning platforms and providing financial guarantee.However,due to the backward concept of poor households,lack of cultural and technological skills,lack of government policies,financial difficulties and high market risk,there is still a lack of endogenous power among poor households.In this regard,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures: suggestions to strengthen the construction of rural spiritual civilization and enhance the spiritual style of poor households;the government should strive to improve the training conditions of poor people;poverty alleviation projects should be developed on the basis of resource endowment of poor villages;attention should be paid to the quality and quality of human resources in poverty-stricken areas;the government should broaden the empowerment channels of poor households;and create media for the main role of poor household Propaganda network;coordinate the harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship between enterprises and poor households;finally,build a dynamic comprehensive evaluation system and reward and punishment mechanism for poor households.
