Research On "Precision Poverty Alleviation"in L District,F City,J Province

In recent years,China has adhered to the people-centered development philosophy and set out the targets of lifting the rural poor out of poverty,removing all poor counties from poverty and solving regional overall poverty under the current standard of China by 2020.At present,the progress of poverty eradication is in line with the expectation,but the it still faces huge pressure and severe challenges before the achievement of poverty alleviation by 2020.As a dense-populated district in city F of J province,district L faces the severe situation of carrying out targeted poverty alleviation work with some problems hindering Status of implementation of poverty alleviation and its results.By summing up the above contents,the author makes an in-depth investigation into the current situation and issues of targeted poverty alleviation in L district,and explores the countermeasures and suggestions for the existing issues,the effective implementation of these efforts plays a key role in the eradication of poverty.This paper is divided into the following parts from the beginning to the end of the study: the first part is an overview,the purpose and significance of this study were elaborated in detail,and introduced the theory applied in the process of this study,to provide theoretical support for the research results.The second part is the scientific analysis of status quos and issues of the L district targeted poverty alleviation and the causes of the problem,including insufficient responsibility implementation in place,unstable security work,poor policy implementation,less optimized capital management,inadequate endogenous power,and so on.Research data are obtained by interviewing poverty alleviation-related department,township,poor and field survey research.Through a series of research and analysis,the third part proposes five feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of targeted poverty alleviation in L district and analyzes the possible effects.Five countermeasures suggest that there should be an accurate assessment and carry out responsibility to the individual;an enhanced security mechanism to ensure the quality of poverty alleviation;broadened working thoughts to promote poverty alleviation through employment and industry;strengthened project management to optimize capital efficiency;a self-reliant method to stimulate internal motivation.
