The development of China's high-tech enterprises cannot be separated from R&D management.R&D,as an important innovation activity of enterprises,is related to the survival of high-tech enterprises.To maintain a leading position in product development is the goal that enterprises have been pursuing unremittingly.To continue to develop new products,the corresponding R&D management level needs to be continuously improved.Many enterprises fall into R&D dilemma in the process of growth.The main reason is that the level of R&D management cannot meet the needs of business development,the maturity of R&D management is low,and it cannot provide sufficient resources and support for new product R&D.Functional barriers seriously affect the communication and collaboration of R&D team.R&D management covers a wide range of areas.In the past R&D management still takes functional departments as the core and adopts hierarchical structure to manage the organization.R&D organization is the main body of innovation.Other departments and organizations only provide assistance and support to R&D subjects.The participation of product R&D activities is low,and there is no relevant performance.The innovation of this paper is to analyze and study the organizational management and organizational learning of R&D management from the perspective of border crossing.The main body of R&D is not only R&D department,but also the whole company.All departments of product innovation activity company participate in collaborative activities,and the focus of management is shifted from division of labor to collaboration.Using the theory of boundary spanning,this study chooses a high-tech company which is in the leading position in the domestic rail transit industry as a case study,and conducts a multi-dimensional research on R&D management from the perspective of organizational boundary spanning.The results show that to further improve the R&D management level of enterprises,it is necessary to cross functional boundaries,break functional barriers,break through hierarchical constraints,establish R&D organizations with efficient communication,cross the boundaries between enterprises and customers,and establish a customer-centered R&D system.There are 21 figures,7 tables and 33 references.
