Research On Application Of MRP?/JIT Integration Mode In Production Management Of Company A

In view of the background that China has become the world's processing center,market demand and technology are changing with each passing day,and competition among manufacturing enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.The new inner and outer environment puts forward higher requirements on the production management modes of enterprises,which are mainly manifested in reducing production costs,improving product quality,shortening product production cycle and quickly responding to diversified demands of customers.MRPII and JIT have many limitations and disadvantages when applied alone in the manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the production management mode under MRPII/JIT integration conditions,with MRPII as the production planning control tool and JIT as the production execution tool.Taking company A as the research object,by leveraging the strengths of the integration model and using industrial engineering improvement technology,the paper aim to solve the production scheduling problem,waste problem and cost problem of company A.Based on the idea of just-in-time,this paper uses Johnson algorithm and Gantt chart method to solve the scheduling problem in the production workshop of company A.By optimizing the workpiece processing sequence,the idle rate of equipment and personnel is reduced,the product production cycle is shortened,and the production efficiency is enhanced.In addition,the FlexSim is used to conduct simulation experiments on the production process of the product,through which the bottleneck process is found and the improvement plans are proposed.Finally,this paper uses the production data of company A in the second half of 2018 for cost accounting.The results show that the company can choose the chase strategy and the stabilization strategy under the MRPII/JIT integration mode,which is more cost saving than the outsourcing strategy and overtime strategy used in the past.In this paper,the MRPII/JIT integrated production management mode is presented to improve the manufacturing industry.This mode can provide reference for the same type of companies,so as to enhance the competitiveness and production efficiency of manufacturing industry.
