The level of enterprises production logistics management is directly related to the costof production and the efficiency of production. Today, with the increasing of competitive,the enterprise is gradually turning their eyes to production logistics management that has asignificant influence on enterprise.Firstly, this article introduces the background and research significance about themanufacturing enterprise production logistics. At the same time, it analysises and comparethe difference of production logistics development at home and abroad. The introduction ofthis paper introduces the main research content and technical route.Secondly, this paper researches the established of the overall structure model aboutERP and TOC and discusses the origin and meaning of ERP and the related concepts ofTOC. The difference and complementarities between MRP and TOC are studiedrespectively. The article studies the feasibility of the combination of the two methods andspecific steps through a detailed analysis about the two concepts. At the last the establishedof the model of overall structure about the ERP and TOC is completed. This Paper brieflyillustrates the dynamic of existing bottleneck, and research a new identification technologyof the bottleneck-time search method in order to deal with the dynamic bottleneck. Thismethod is based on the time dynamics of the bottleneck and this paper puts forward a kindof method that can contain complete parts of time division method. The implementationsteps of time search algorithm are given.Then,this paper take the enterprise forecast orders as the research object and analysisthat the existence of bottleneck influences the production logistics under this order. Findout the existing problems of the capacity of production when the enterprise faces this order.The article detailed research the bottleneck of the production plan and the establishment ofproduction scheduling.Finally, the improvement of production logistics proceeds views existing of bottleneck; this paper introduces the concept of fuzzy production method and expounds the multi-objective scheduling problem. The enterprise production scheduling can get theoptimization through the application of fuzzy production method, so that it can improve theexistence of a large number of bottlenecks in production logistics equipment and solve thephenomenon of fluid production logistics. This paper illustrates the establishment ofmathematical model of production batch and batch production under the condition ofminimum total production cost.All the content has carried on the summary at the last part of the article, and theresearch of related theory about production logistics makes the outlook in the future.
