| Because of its weak periodicity and other characteristics,the pharmaceutical industry has always been called "sunrise industry," which has always been an important part of our national economy.January 2017,The State Health and Family Planning Commission and other 8 ministries and ministries have officially published the "two-vote system" opinion on drug procurement(trial),which has been directly implemented in most public medical institutions in China.The main purpose of this regulation is to reduce the circulation of drugs,so as to effectively control the price of drugs in circulation.This reform has compressed the so-called links from the factory to the retail of medicines,which will inevitably reduce the profits of the entire industry.This is bound to lead to greater competition across the industry.Pharmaceutical circulation enterprises must strengthen their financial risk response capacity to cope with the crisis caused by policy changes.This article chooses jointown pharmaceutical as the research object,studies its financial risk and its control under the background of the two-vote system.This paper first reviews the two-vote system,financial risk theory,and then describes the macro-current situation of pharmaceutical circulation industry by PEST analysis.Then through a series of data to the pharmaceutical industry development situation and the financial risk present situation to carry on the detailed elaboration,and analyzes its risk formation reason,provides the industry data for the research Kyushu Tong.Then,through its financing risks for Kyushu during the period 2013-2017,The change of investment risk and capital flow risk,judging whether there is any change and overall evaluation of the risks in Kyushu before and after the implementation of the two-vote system,and at the same time analyzing the problems existing in the control of financial risks.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the financial risk control measures of Kyushu. |
